Warranty

Deubel Bicycles Pty Ltd warrants all frames against defects in material and/or workmanship pursuant to the terms and conditions outlined below, for a period of 2 years of the original ownership following the date of purchase.

Suspension forks, rear shocks and all components are not considered part of the frame, and are therefore not covered under the terms of the frame warranty. Each component's manufacturer designates a specific warranty policy for their product.

Terms & conditions

Failure of any frame due to accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, stunt riding, bicycle racing or competitive event, commercial use, rental use, improper assembly, improper fit, use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the bicycle as sold, are not covered by this warranty. Any frame that has been repainted from its original as sold condition, will not be covered by this warranty.

Warning: Fitting a fork length with maximum travel of 160mm is an important safety requirement and exceeding this limit can overload the frame causing it to fail or break, which can cause injury or even death to the rider.  You must observe the maximum travel measurement of 160mm.  Fitting a fork exceeding this length will not be covered by this warranty.

Based on these terms and conditions, all claims will be investigated by Deubel Bicycles and decided if warranty is genuine. Once approved, it is the discretion of Deubel Bicycles if the frame is to be replaced or repaired. No cash refunds offered. To make a claim, simply contact us direct and ensure you have a copy of the invoice.

Due to the nature of the sport of mountain biking and as the limits of the sport are pushed further and further, it is impossible to foresee every type of abuse a bike may see on a daily basis. Because of this increased abuse that extreme mountain biking causes, frame and component wear is accelerated and resulting breakage will not be covered under this warranty.
